We offer a wide variety of classes to suit every age, stage, and fitness level. From Mums and Bubs sessions to Open Classes, Yoga, TRX, and Strength & Conditioning, plus Mums and Bubs Yoga and Boxing for fitness—there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re building strength, improving mobility, getting your energy up, or looking for a supportive community, our diverse schedule makes it easy to find the perfect class for you.
All gym classes are just $12 per session, or completely FREE with a gym membership. Join in anytime and enjoy high-quality training at great value!
