As the owner/manager of RAD GYM, it is my goal to provide positive support and promotion of health and fitness, and we have an amazing team of qualified and soon-to-be Personal Trainers on board to help us achieve this. Working with members and groups within the Cowra community to achieve their health and fitness goals is a strong passion of mine, and it is a privilege to be able to work in the Fitness industry every day.
My outside interests include spending time with family and friends and of course rugby league (GO THE ROOSTERS!!).

I was always hesitant about joining a gym but once I got the confidence to join RAD GYM at the start of 2020, I experienced a great atmosphere with loads of help to get me to my goals. From that time my love of training grew to where I wanted to become a Personal Trainer, I started as a trainer at RAD in december of 2020 to help people reach their fitness goals and provide the same support I had. Kodie aims to convert all members and staff to go for Parramatta (EELS RULE, ROOSTERS DROOL!!).

I’ve always had a love for dance and sports, but it wasn’t until after finishing Year 12 that I discovered my true passion for fitness. Training at the gym became more than just exercise—it was my way of coping, growing, and challenging myself both mentally and physically.
Since then, I’ve turned that passion into a career. I completed my Nutrition Coaching and Cert III & IV in Fitness in 2022, followed by my Yoga Instructor qualification in 2024. I’m also a certified Pilates Instructor at Focus Pilates Studio. My goal is to help others feel strong, confident, and supported on their own fitness journey.

His style is motivational, supportive, friendly, and always professional, creating an energetic environment where clients feel confident and capable. Driven by his love of sport and training, Harry became a personal trainer to help others experience the same enjoyment and the powerful mental and physical benefits that an active lifestyle can bring.

I started at RAD Gym in November 2022 in an Administration role. I have had many years of experience in both customer service and office settings. Outside of the gym Cheryl is a local councilor, which has been a lifelong goal, with a passion for small business and working with the local community to achieve a fulfilling and positive lifestyle. Cheryl is the original creator of RAD (Ryan Andrew Downing) along with his 3 brothers and loves spending time with family, netball & rugby league. (ROOSTERS DROOL, EELS ARE FOOLS & BULLDOGS RULE).
