At RAD, we offer custom gym program design and instruction as an added benefit with your gym membership.
Please take a moment to fill out the form, and let us know what kind of program you'd like. (Gym Members only).
In the 'Leave us a message' field, please detail;
1. How many training days per week you would like your program designed for.
2. What your training goals & preferences are. For example, build strength, tone muscles, weight loss, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase flexibility, recovery from an injury.
3. When you are available to meet with staff to be shown through your program in the gym.
