"I started an 8 week nutrition challenge with Ryan in October after, despite having a regular gym and exercise routine, the kgs kept creeping on and the "Covid kilos" seemed impossible to shake. It was called a "challenge" however it was not a competition between me and others, but more a challenge with myself - my biggest competitor and harshest critic.
My main aim with starting to focus on nutrition with Ryan was to fit it in to my lifestyle. As a busy working Mum of 2 busy kids, I couldn't invest myself in calorie counting and attempting to stick to extravagant, unrealistic meal plans for the average family. Ryan was able to create a nutrition plan that suited me perfectly and consisted of meals that we were already eating, readily available and easy to make. More importantly, Ryan was able to educate me on not only what to eat but also when to eat to best optimize how I am fuelling my body. My energy levels have increased and sugar cravings have ceased simply by fulfilling my body's nutritional needs at the ideal times. This has resulted in those stubborn kilos to slowly start moving. Ryan has been understanding and supportive of my desire to lose the weight at a slow, sustainable rate to ensure I can effectively maintain the weight loss. Ryan provides weekly check ins for ongoing support and his genuine interest and appraisal of results and achievements have been catalyst for my success. I highly recommend Ryan's nutritional expertise and all services provided at RAD GYM."
